# Anket Cevapları

Anket Cevapları ekranında, Temassız Misafir Uygulaması aracılığıyla misafire gönderilip tamamlanan anketler ve tesiste misafirlerle yüz yüze yapılan tüm anketler listelenir. Aynı zamanda, tesiste yapılan anketlerin sisteme işlendiği alan da burasıdır.

Misafirin hangi soruya kaç puan verdiği, detaylı bir şekilde görüntülenebilir. Listeleme, misafire göre yapılır.

Eğer anket yüz yüze değil, Temassız Misafir Uygulaması üzerinden tamamlandıysa, bilgiler otomatik olarak sisteme gelir ve bu verilere herhangi bir değişiklik yapılamaz.

Misafirin hangi **anketi tamamladığı**, **hangi tarihte tamamladığı** ve **hangi rezervasyonda bulunan misafirlerin** anketi tamamladığı bilgisi, ekranın üst kısmından kolayca seçilebilir.

İlgili anketin **Temassız Misafir Uygulaması** üzerinden mi yoksa bir **kullanıcı tarafından** mı sisteme işlendiği, **Online tikinin** aktif olup olmadığıyla kolayca ayırt edilebilir.

Eğer anket, **bir kullanıcı tarafından** sisteme işlenmişse, anket içerisindeki tanımlı sorular, **"Soruları Ekle"** butonu ile **otomatik olarak** kayıt içerisine eklenebilir.

Anket için alınan veya alınması beklenen **aksiyonlar**, aksiyon sekmesinde tanımlanır. Daha önce tanımlanan aksiyonlar ise bu sekmede **listelenir** ve **takip edilebilir**.
